Speaker | Educator | Curriculum Writer
For over 12 years, I’ve taught social-emotional skills to teens in the classroom—helping young people better understand themselves, build healthy relationships, and grow into confident, compassionate humans.
I am also passionate about leading professional development workshops for educators and corporate teams, focusing on trauma-informed practices and creating community cultures where everyone feels safe and connected.
I’m currently earning my M.A. in Trauma & Resilience in Educational Settings, a path inspired by my own lived experiences with trauma and healing. This work is deeply personal—and it’s my passion to turn pain into purpose by helping others do the same.
I’m also a mom of five, raising my family in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Life is full and fast-paced, but everything I teach, I also strive to live everyday. I need this too. We can do this together.
